Story

When the boss said we should do something for charity, a Half Marathon seemed an achievable challenge. A few early runs has shown me I'm a lot older and the wrong side of 100kg to take this challenge lightly, especially with less than 50 days to train for it.

We have all worked in Rugby union in North Wales for some time and believe the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust is a wonderful organisation. It was set up to help enhance the lives of those players seriously injured through playing rugby football.  The Trust offers practical support, sometimes in the form of specially adapted vehicles and wheelchairs.  They also provide social opportunities for the players and their families.

Any donation large or small would be hugely appreciated.
