For those that know me will know I am not a natural runner but I am setting myself the challenge of getting fit for the Bristol 10k in May, so that's just over four weeks. Allan Fodder will also be running along side me and he will be helping be get in shape. My target is £1000 but id love to smash that if possible.

All money raised is going to Macmillan Cancer Support.  I have personally seen the amazing work Macmillan does for Cancer sufferers and their family.
