Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Had knee surgery last year and now recovering and trying to avoid further operations. So cycling is the best form or exercise for me. Low impact but great for fitness improvement and building the muscles in my legs to assiSt my knee. So what better way than to get fit and raise some money for a worthy cause. Please give as little or as much as you can as every donation no matter how big or small will really be appreciated by the BHF and the fine work they do.
