My irrepressible, irresistible and irreplaceable father-in-law, Jeff, otherwise known as the OG (for old git) told his last terrible joke in September and died shortly before my wedding to his daughter, Polly. His charm and wit will be missed by many, and Polly along with her brothers, Henry and Guy, have decided to set up the OG Foundation to raise money for the Coronary Care Unit in Morriston hospital where he was so well cared for.

Myself and other easily-led simpletons will be joining them in taking on a series of grueling, muddy, sweaty, humiliating or downright daft activities in the next 12 months. We have set ourselves a target of raising £10,000 over the coming year for the Coronary Care Unit and its incredibly dedicated and talented staff. They put up with Jeff's bizarre jokes and endless stories for almost two weeks, so the least they deserve is some new equipment for the unit.
