As some of you may know, on March 17th 2016, my Auntie Ann lost her 3 year fight with bone cancer. This year, on her anniversary, I am shaving my head to try to raise funds in aid of BCRT.

For every £1 donated to the Bone Cancer Research Trust*, 69p is spent fighting primary bone cancer, 30p is spent on fundraising and just 1p is spent on governance costs. For every £1 we spend on fundraising, we generate £2.40 for our life saving work.

Despite being a very small charity we are the leading funders of research into this cruel disease - with more research projects exploring primary bone cancer than any other organisation.
