In May 2012 we lost our beautiful, lovely 14 year old daughter Hannah in a sudden tragic accident. 

Hannah was an amazing person, she loved life and brought happiness into the lives of every single person she ever met.  She was vibrant, fun and I miss her more and more every single day.

Hannah was thoughtful and kind, she had time for everybody.  She loved CAFT and all they stand for and went out of her way to ensure her school raised money for them.  Hannah first learnt of The Children's Adventure Farm Trust when the company I work for made CAFT our sponsored charity.

Hannah was adventurous and had such a bright future ahead of her.  I have chosen to do this challenge to help CAFT in Hannah's memory because it will be hard and I will have to train hard and work hard to be fit enough and to raise enough money.  Having such a positive focus on the future will help me, it will help CAFT and I know that when I finish, Hannah will be looking down on me, she would be so so proud.

I have been to visit CAFT a number of times and it is a truly amazing and inspirational place.  I was there at the Christmas Party's last year dressed as Bobby the mascot to greet the children visiting Santa.  It was a privilege to be there to see such joy on the children's faces.
