This year my team, Jose, Sam and myself, will be participating in Sussex Jailbreak 2019. The plan is to travel as far away from our starting point at university using no money, and its all for charity! 

We have chosen Rainbow Trust as it is a charity that we believe really makes a difference to the lives of thousands of sick children and their families. Today there are an estimated 49,000 children and young people in the UK living with a life limiting or life threatening condition. Many families have to face the very real possibility that their child may die and struggle to cope on a day to day basis. 

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity enables families who have a child with a life threatening illness to make the most of precious time together; providing expert practical and emotional support, where they need it, for as long as it is needed. Their Family Support Workers provide a life line to these families and children supporting the whole family including parents, carers, the unwell child, brothers, sisters and grandparents. Any donations will help provide care and enough time to entertain a seriously ill child so that their parents can have a well deserved break.
