My name is Del Singh and having lost 10st in weight and found a new lease of life by keeping active I am trying to help others as I help myself. Last year at the age of 55 I ran my first half marathon for Cancer Research UK for my friend Darren Gentle who is battling cancer now and for my late father and father in law who both died from cancer.

For 2018 I am looking to continue my fight against cancer while pushing myself physically.  Last year running with some 6000 people in the Gt Eastern Run was a real buzz, so can't wait to line up with 16,000 people to run around London.  A chance to run London's closed roads and run by iconic landmarks while being cheered on by the crowds.
