I'm riding the 100 mile Birmingham Velo on 12th May to support the West Midlands Adult CF Centre at Heartlands Hospital.  It treats patients from across the Midlands and Wales so well, however hard things get. It's fundraising for physiotherapy equipment to help patients to breathe and clear their lungs when lungs are failing.  I've 'been there' and now want to help patient care for those patients struggling.

I'm grateful for any sponsorship, however modest; even the price of a cuppa, a beer or a sandwich is just fine by me and will be enormous help to spur me on to, hopefully, finish the course.  It'll be tough, but with your support, I can give the Heartlands CF team our support.   Thank you genuinely!
