The Lahna Tula Appeal

The Lahna Tula Appeal raises vital funds at Southampton General Hospital and The Princess Anne Hospital for essential equipment to give continued support to families but also to assist in the care of sick babies and children.

The Lahna Tula Appeal was created in the summer of 2009 in memory of Lahna Tula Beatty.  Little Lahna tragically died suddenly and unexpectedly at just 5 months old, from viral myocarditus causing heart failure caused by two viruses, one being the common cold.

With all their endless efforts of fundraising to keep The Lahna Appeal alive, Natasha, her husband Lance, daughter Ane and their new addition Miles have inspired me and my mum, Sue Wright, to Walk the Test Way for charity for the second time in aid of The Lahna Tula Appeal.  Myself and my mum will be walking 11 miles from Stockbridge to Romsey War Memorial Park, which we took part in and completed last year whilst I was 11 weeks pregnant.  We completed the walk in 4 and a half hours and managed to raise £155.00.  Please please help me and my mum support this charity and raise further funds for this appeal.
