In loving memory of Brian Toms, Sadly passed away at Myton Hospice-Warwick.  Funeral Service at Canley Crematorium, Coventry on Monday 11th March at 1pm then onto Brandon Hall Hotel. 

Brian and his family received excellent Care, Love and Support from the staff and volunteers at Myton Hospice Warwick during his final few days and our family will be eternally grateful,  therefore in place of flowers we would like donations to be made towards Myton Hospice.
