Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be running 100 miles this year to fundraise for Sight Support HEY and in memory of my Mum who lost nearly all her sight.  I will be running The Beverley 10K,  Hornsea 1/3rd of a Marathon, River Challenge Goole Half Marathon, Hull Half Marathon, Humber Bridge Half Marathon, Great North Run Half Marathon, Finish for Matt - East Park 3.74 miles and East Park, park run .    I will be finishing the 100th mile by doing the Hull Marathon in September and that is the whole 26.2 of it - 100 miles completed for Sight Support HEY !!! Yikes at the age of 51 this is going to be some tough training and running for me.

Any sponsorship no matter how small would be amazing for this fabulous charity which is not Government funded to help people in our community.

I will do my best by doing various fundraisers too from tombolas to bag packing.

I have fundraised for Sight Support HEY (Formerly HERIB) for nearly 6 years now and will keep on fundraising for a Great Charity and cause close to my heart.

We are so lucky to have our sight.

My amazing mother Ida Lydia Rose lost her sight before she died and I dedicate all my runs and challenges in her memory.

Thank you for reading my story. Elaine x
