Ready, Set, SNOW! I'm unleashing my inner elf to support people affected by dementia.  As some may know, this is a cause that is very close to my family's heart.  My Dad was diagnosed with dementia 2 years ago.  Whilst he can still do all the practical things he used to do, he struggles with his short term memory.

We have been so lucky as a family, the support we have received from what Dad calls his 'memory team' has been utterly incredible.  This helps us support him and lifts him up incredibly knowing there is somewhere there that understands but also to offer advice and support where we are unable to.

This is such a worthwhile charity as so many are impacted by dementia related diseases that we want to help to ensure others receive the same level of support my Dad has.
