November is lung cancer awareness month and Elizabeth has decided, once again, she wants to take part in The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation's iconic Swimming the Distance Challenge. She is hoping to raise money and awareness for the devastating disease that is lung cancer.

She is doing this in memory of her Grandma Betty, who unfortunately she didn't get chance to meet and also to help those affected by lung cancer.

She has chosen to swim 1 mile (64 lengths of our local pool) and this must be completed in November.... but, if she can get into the pool more than her swimming lesson she will undoubtedly want to do more 😁
