Lung cancer affects everyone—young and old, men and women, smokers and non-smokers alike. It claims more lives than breast, prostate, and pancreatic cancers combined, devastating thousands of families each year.

Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only UK charity solely dedicated to supporting those affected by all forms of lung cancer. We lead the charge to improve outcomes, so people can live through lung cancer rather than die from it. In June, we achieved a significant milestone with the announcement of a national targeted screening program for lung cancer, a campaign we’ve championed for nearly 30 years.

Once fully implemented, this screening is expected to detect lung cancer early in up to 9,000 people, making treatment easier and more effective. However, our work is far from over. We remain committed to improving early detection and treatment for everyone affected by lung cancer.

Your support is vital. With your help, enthusiasm, and determination, we can continue making strides to improve outcomes and save more lives.

So, dive in (literally) this November and swim for change!
