This year, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Young Minds Matter. YMM provide committed mentors in schools in order to support young people. 

I was introduced to YMM two years ago and was blown away by their dedication to improving young people’s mental health. In such formative years, having a space where young people are able to express their worries and feel listened to without judgement is crucial; YMM offer exactly this!
