I have chosen to take part in Tough Mudder to try and raise some money and awareness for a charity that is extremely important to anyone who has suffered or is suffering from domestic abuse and sexual violence. IDAS is a charity very close to my heart because of the priceless help and support they offer to people when they need it the most, As they have done with my family in the past. 

They forever have my gratitude, but in order to give something real back for their amazing efforts I decided I would drag myself through 20km of muddy obstacles and prove how much they mean to me, my family and everyone they help.
