In memory of Elsie Foy

Story

Our mum Elsie was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer on December 2nd 2015 and sadly passed away just two months later on 2nd February 2015.  Despite her battle with cancer being such a short one, she spent much of those two months in and out of Poole hospital and had nothing but high praise for the wonderful staff that looked after her each time she was admitted. It seems appropriate therefore that in place of flowers at the funeral, we ask those of you that would like to honour her memory, that you do so by donating to the Poole Hospital Cancer Trust so that future sufferers might win their battles against this terrible disease and those battling it at present can be made more comfortable and be afforded the dignity and care that our mum was so lucky to receive.
