Whilst I was revising for exams (procrastinating) I signed up for Tough Mudder to raise money for Alzheimer's Society, I may have encouraged another too...

Delusional perhaps, as currently I can't run for a bus without being out of breath, but I don't need to tell you how close to my heart this cause is.

We need a cure for all types of dementia through research and in the mean time all dementias need awareness, information and support for those affected by this disease.

There is a while to go yet until I am ready to run this and before I need to raise the money. The minimum amount is £300, but I know we can do better than that.

I will update this page with photos of training (for a laugh and to prove I am serious) and with details of events I organise to support the fundraising....
