We are radically advancing research to achieve a life free from epilepsy

Story

On 17th June the world lost a beautiful friend of mine, Lara Weston, only a few weeks after her 22nd birthday. Lara battled with epilepsy from the age of 3 months, although she never showed her struggle. It became painfully clear when Lara passed away that I had never fully understood her condition and the risks that it posed to her life. Because of this, I have chosen to take part in a sponsored swim organised by the lovely Francesca Noyce to raise money and awareness for the charity Epilepsy Research UK, to help others in their fight against Epilepsy.
