I am fundraising for Wigan and Leigh Hospice in memory of my beautiful friend Becca Caunce. 

Becca and I became friends in 2018 after both being diagnosed with breast cancer only a few months apart. Becca helped me emotionally, mentally and physically through some extremely tough times. We both had a rollercoaster of emotions during treatment, however, Becca always helped me to see a light at the end of the seemingly dark tunnel. 

Sadly, Becca passed away at Wigan and Leigh Hospice in 2020 from secondary breast cancer. Such a beautiful young woman taken far too soon. So, in memory of this wonderful Wonder Woman I am taking part in a Sprint Triathlon in Leeds (June 11th) and a Skydive in Lancaster (June 18th) to raise much needed funds to keep Wigan and Leigh hospice providing the upmost care for the people who need it most.

Triathlon Details - Sprint Triathlon - 11th June 2022 - Roundhay Park, Leeds. 750m Swim, 18.4km Bike Ride, 5km Run. 

Skydive Details - Lancaster Airfield - 18th June 2022 - 11,000ft Jump!

Wigan and Leigh Hospice is a charity which provides palliative and end-of-life care to people with life-limiting illnesses who live in Wigan Borough. We deliver care to address the physical, emotional, social, practical and spiritual needs of our patients.
