So I'm not cycling the length of the UK this time, but it is indeed time to do something for Dougie again.  Because of him I contracted the cycling bug, now I'm trying running!  At the beginning of March I'll be doing the Bath Half.  OK, it’s no marathon, but I've been training properly for a few weeks now, five times a week, and while I'm getting further, no faster!  My challenge to myself is to do my first race in under 2 hours, and this really is a challenge, so I need your help!
