We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Please help us raise as much as we can so we can help support dementia sufferiers and families affected by this horrible disease.

The Music Cafe in Forfar helps to bring people togther in a friendly and stimulating environment and uses singing to enhance comminication, confidence and well  being.

Every town should have one, its just one of the services provided by Alzheimer's Scotland. But we personally know that sufferers and their families deserve to have so much more support.

This trek is for our late Grandad as much as our Granny who has dementia. In the early stages of her illness he covered for her, he adored her and was heart broken to know he would be leaving her first. With the help of   our parents and extended family she is, for  now able to live at home and they would not have it any other way.

We know that there is always someone asking for donations for charity that's close to their hearts. That's why the challenge we have chosen is a tough one.

Every penny you donate will help support someone affected by dementia and give their families the support they need.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
