On 21st April 2013, my niece Tesni was found by her parents at the age of 14 collapsed and not breathing. They dialled 999 and waited for help, the sound of the helicopter from Wales Air Ambulance came quickly whilst they continued to administer CPR. It wasn't until this day that we found out this amazing charity rely entirely on public donations.  Unfortunately Tesni did not survive, she had an un diagnosed heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and it was impossible to save her.  

Previous to this day she was healthy, fit, happy, clever, beautiful, creative and a wonderful sister, niece, cousin , grand-daughter and daughter.  

Please help me raise money in memory of Tes and to help give hope and help to other families.
