My mother, Gilly and step-father, Ted have been supported and assisted by volunteers locally to them over the last year. It would have been difficult to navigate the various health appointments and care packages without this support. AS have made it clear that they are always available if I need help relating to this horrible disease too, which is reassuring.

So that's why I'm taking on Swim for Dementia and raising vital funds. Please donate a much or as little as you can to support me and ensure Alzheimer's Society can be there for the people who need them most.
