Story

Eve Smith, mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend and more was taken from us suddenly on the morning of January 26th following a short and unexpected illness.

Eve was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit at Frimley Park Hospital on the morning of January 24th.  The treatment she received was of the highest standard but as important was the kindness and compassion the staff of the Intensive Care Unit showed the family in what was the most distressing time.

We would therefore ask that instead of buying flowers for the funeral you consider making a donation in her name to the ICU at Frimley Park Hospital.  The money will be spent as they see fit on either the relatives room, their own staff room or as an addition to the much needed equipment for the department.

Thank you in advance for your kind generosity and the good that it will do in her name.

We miss you Eve and you will remain forever in our hearts.
