Story

It is becoming seemingly inevitable that, at some point in our lives, all of us will be touched, to some extent, by the devastating illness that is cancer.  At Farebrother, two of our partners, and more importantly, close friends, are currently helping their wives through this horrible and scary illness.

It is for this reason, amongst many, many others that we have all experienced, both personally and through our professional lives, that the Farebrother Leasing & Development Team have set themselves a tough task - to walk 120km along the undulating South Downs Way in just 2 days on 21st & 22nd September.  That is the equivalent of one and a half marathons a day, for two days in a row, along a very hilly course.  We are doing this for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and that is where we need your help.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. They ensure their nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, they never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Please give generously.  It will keep us going when the going gets tough and we know that Alistair & Laura and Charlie & Cath will really appreciate your generosity.
