For the last 3 years I have been raising money for the psoriasis association by doing a sponsored bike ride. Unfortunately this year I have been unable to do this and instead I want to raise money another way.

People who know me well know that I do like to talk a little bit and therefore I have decided to do a sponsored silence.

I will be starting the sponsored silence on Sunday 28th July at 11.59pm and finishing a week later on Sunday 4th August at 11:59pm

This is going to be a challenge for me, so any amount of sponsorship is welcomed, it all adds up!
