Boys In Mind
Campaign by The Charlie Waller Trust (RCN 1109984)
We aim to empower boys and young men to talk about their emotions in a safe and healthy manner, to promote positive images of boys and young men, and to embrace and celebrate diversity.

Story

Hi, we are Finn and Jackson, both aged 10. On Saturday 22nd May, we will do a 10 mile ‘Walk and Talk’ to raise awareness and fundraise for local charity ‘Boys in Mind, Girls Mind Too’.

Boys in Mind is a local youth-led organisation which aims to
empower boys and young men to talk about their emotions in a safe and healthy manner, to promote positive images of boys and young men and to embrace and celebrate diversity. Young people are actively involved in all aspects of their work.

We are Primary Champions for Boys in Mind
and have both worked with them for over 3 years, making films, fundraising, helping to plan conferences, speaking in assemblies amongst other roles. We became friends through our work with Boys in Mind.

We chose 10 miles as it is a big challenge and we are also
both 10. We chose to walk and talk to raise awareness of how important it is to talk about how you are feeling and how good exercise is for your mental health.

Please help us to make a difference by sponsoring us! Thanks, Finn and Jacks :)
