I'm under taking the Brownlee Triathlon on Saturday 21st September.  I'll be doing a 400m open water swim, 10k bike and 2.5k run, all in my memory of my dad who we lost to Leukaemia, after 6 and 1/2 yrs of living with this cancer.

  This is the hardest thing I've endured in my life, and I know for sure it is nothing compared to what my dad and many other people have suffered.

I see this challenge as a great way to raise money and bring more awareness to this charity.
