Members of the VIP team and GID team in GISD will be walking 10km through central london in partner with UNICEF to raise money for children in Rwanda. 

The initiative reflects a commitment made in November 2008, when colleagues from 47 countries voted for to be the focus of Barclays fundraising activities, as part of a £5m global community investment partnership with UNICEF.

All the money raised will go towards improving school facilities in .

For example, just £6 provides a child with learning materials for a year.  If we manage to hit the fundraising target Kate will complete the entire walk in a fancy dress costume that includes a rather fetching bright red cape....So please dig deep and donate now.
