This organisation is very close to my heart.

My second cousin Eleanor is 7 years old and has liver disease. Eleanor has been listed for a transplant since New Years. She was told that she was soon going to be too ill to have any transplants. However, recently a miracle happened. Eleanor was able to get the liver she needed, and is now recovering in hospital. Thanks to the amazing support of the NHS staff, Eleanor is being treated and cared for very well. 

Eleanor is such a young girl, and to think others are suffering is heartbreaking. However, by raising money towards this organisation, it will allow them to promote the importance of organ donations. By signing up, it could mean that you could save a life of another in need.
