UPDATE:

We both finished in Personal Best times of exactly 4 hours:12 mins:09 seconds (it was gwyn's first marathon and my 2nd so PB's were always on the cards).

Was it tiring??? VERY!!!!! Could we walk the next day? Yes but in a very special way!!!!

On the 26 September 2010 me and my brother will be standing on the start line of the Berlin Marathon with 39,998 other people awaiting the start gun. Why would anyone want to run 26.2 miles???....

1 year ago our nan passed away after her long running battle with stomach cancer.  Throughout this period Macmillan offered support and assistance to both my Nan and our family in what was a very difficult time.  Subsequenlty, the least we can do is try and raise as much money as possible for this priceless charity.
