After finding out that my father had terminal cancer we were put in contact with The Norfolk Hospice, they were fantastic, providing nurses and aids which made his last days more comfortable and settled. After the event we were still given care and options of bereavement counselling, I can't thank them enough!

As for the event itself, a core team of six military personnel currently serving on operations in the Middle East will attempt to cover at least 1000km in a solid 24hr period. As well as themed spinning sessions through the night and next day we will be encouraging all donations and volunteers to join in with us. The current temperature at the moment is between 35- 40+ degrees, so this will be a testing event!
