Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

A group of us from Team 2 MCU will be attempting the British 3 Peaks Challenge on 25th and 26th June 2015.

We are - Sharn Basra, Mel Guess, Pushpa Guild, Neal Hastings, Heidi Kerlin, Vicki Latham, Ashleigh Olwage, Graham Paul, Laurie Rush, John Rushton, John Schofield, Dave Sharpe, Georgia Symeou, Gary Waite, Adrian Welland, Duncan Woodhams, Fraser Wylie, Andy Yuill, Helen Flynn, Lesley Ingram, Phil Miller, Susie Moran, Wendy Tomlinson and Paul Webster.

This will be a year since Charlie died, and we wanted to do something to remember him. As he loved 'the great outdoors' we feel this is a fitting tribute to him.  And also we would like to help other people like him, to hopefully find an alternative to the sad route Charlie found himself on.

The charity we are raising money for is CALM, Campaign Against Living Miserably. It's a small charity which aims to raise awareness and provides a helpline for men to call, when they feel down or have hit a wall for any reason.  Although anyone can use the service, regardless of age or gender, they give you someone to talk to.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you.
