I am retiring in July and I decided that I would love to start of my retirement with a challenge.  For many years I have wanted to climb Mount Kenya so I am in training.  However you cannot do a climb like that just for yourself, so I decided to make the British Heart Foundation my charity.  I am holding a quiz evening and also a mufti day at school to help raise money.  The BHF is a brilliant charity that helps us all, not just with the support when we need it but also with research into what causes our hearts to fail.  So please help me help them and let's see if we cannot break a few records on the way.  Thank you very much.
