Once again, I am attempting to complete the Baker 10K, which I'm sure I will. I just hope I do it this time without injuring BOTH knee's lol.

Anyway, most of you will know the reason I am doing this. My Dad sadly passed away on 1st April 2011 from Mesothelioma, so I am doing the 10K in memory of Dad and to hopefully raise a bit of cash for my chosen charity Clydeside Action on Asbestos.
