Fundraising for Breast Cancer Care

2013 is going to be the year when one of my dreams come true. I have watched the London Marathon on tv for many many years and in the back of my mind I have always thought that one day I would love to do that!! Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would!! Last year I gained a place to run in the 2012 London Marathon but sadly got an injury and was unable to compete. I managed to transfer my place and I am now well on with my training to run in the London marathon 2013.

I will be running my first marathon for my sister Elaine who passed away 13 years ago to breast cancer. She was so sadly taken away from us at the age of 51 and we all miss her so much.

My niece Joanne is helping me with all my training and without her I dont think I would be able to get through it. (her mum would be very proud of her). So please help this mad 57 year old complete one of her dreams and at the same time help to raise money for such a good cause.

From 1 April 2019 Breast Cancer Care will merge with Breast Cancer Now after that date all donations will go to Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now a charity registered in England and Wales (No. 1160558) and Scotland (SC045584)
