Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, in memory of Taylor Fish.
Taylor was always happy, polite and loved life. He loved cubs, swimming, kawasaki motorbikes, Lamborghini's and was a massive JLS fan!
Taylor and his mother Rachael had more of a best friend relationship, they would do silly things and make each other laugh all the time.
On February 15th 2013, Taylor was at a birthday party and suddenly collapsed, parameditics fought to resuscitate him. They managed to get a pulse and Southampton Paediatric Intensive Care Unit assessed Taylor and Rachael was told he may not survive the 30 minute journey to Southampton general hospital.
On arrival at Southampton Hospital a scan revealed Taylor had a brain stem tumour and the 56 minutes of lack of oxygen to his brain was catastrophic. The next 72 hours were emotional roller coaster for Rachael and her family. Taylor was on a life support machine and fighting for his life, surrounded and supported by his loving family.
A final MRI scan confirmed that Taylor was never going to recover and on Monday 18th February 2013 at 5.45pm, 16 days before his 9th birthday, Taylor grew his angel wings and left his mummy and daddy completely heartbroken.
Rachael Fish you have showed tremendous courage at this terrible time, we are all so proud of you and will always support you. Taylor Fish there is not a day that goes past when we dont think of you.xx
