We are taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon on 2nd October to raise money for Ambitious about Autism, the national charity for children and young people with autism. 

I have been inspired by my cousin Jack, a sensitive , fun-loving boy who surprises us all with his inventive and enthusiastic view of the world, but because he has autism he is met with barriers every day making it so difficult for him to just join in.

The charity Ambitious about Autism provides services, raises awareness and understanding and campaigns for change so children and young people with autism can get support they need to learn, thrive and achieve the respect they deserve.
