Our 'Feel Good for 30' campaign is running from the 29 March to 11 April. It aims to raise awareness around the benefits physical activity has on mental health. It encourages individuals to share their experiences of being active during the two week period and how it makes them feel. 

We are asking for people to do three simple things:

• Take part in 30 minutes of any type of exercise or physical activity
• Post a selfie photo, video or a simple status sharing what you have been doing, and how it made you feel - use the hashtag #feelgoodfor30. Remember to tag friends in your post to spread the word... 
• Donate to the group's chosen charities

The last year has been so challenging for many of our clients who are experiencing increasing loneliness and isolation. The fundraising will help us to continue supporting the most vulnerable older people in Hertfordshire with our range of services including our online activities and comfort parcels that have been provided throughout the lockdowns.
