Hello everyone!

It is one week until the big 10k walk at Beaulieu. I have been doing the Couch-To-5K challenge by Active, and have completed week 7. With just 6 runs to go, I was hoping to have them all done by Saturday, though it seems the weather has conspired against me, and I'll be finishimg week 9 after the walk.

I reached my target last week: it's an amazing feeling and I had set my sights higher than I thought I could reach, but you've all been fantastic and now I can proudly say I helped raise £200 for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

With another whole week to go, and with hopefully more donations on the day, I reach hope to raise even more. Please continue to donate for this great cause and help those with terminal cancer live the rest of their lives in comfort and peace.
