Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. This is in memory of Louise's sister, Philippa, 'Philly' or 'Phil' who bravely fought her rare, congenital heart problem for 50 years. She highly valued her network of support from other GUCHs (grown ups with congenital heart disease) and took strength from them, and in turn gave them great strength and hope.  We want to make sure that through the Somerville Foundation, young people can continue to get the practical, and most importantly, the emotional support they need which can make the world of difference when facing a medical challenge that can be frightening and isolating.
