It's been a year since our good friend Rachel Evans Milne died from Motor Neurone Disease. Her husband Al, and children Hamish and Robin have organised a sponsored bike ride to raise money for the MND Association. The ride will take place on 30th Oct in Preston Park in Brighton.

The aim is to collectively ride the distance from Lands End to John o' Groats and back again by doing laps of the cycle track in Brighton. Tania, Frank and I aim to ride at least 100 laps between us.

Please sponsor us with whatever you can. This is a positive way to mark a sad anniversary and with so little understood about this terrible disease, anything we can do to help MNDA carry out its important work is a good thing.
