I am extremely late to the fundraising and training party - I’ll start running more if you’ll please sling me a little dollar to help the wonderful Gurkha Welfare Trust.

 The Gurkha Welfare Trust supports ex soldiers and their communities and does an incredible job, which I have been lucky enough to see first hand and on many occasions. 

We are so fortunate in the UK to take all the opportunities we get given - please show a little bit of appreciation to these amazing men and their supportive wives, families and communities
