On Saturday 19th May 2018 I will be doing a sponsored silence to raise money for the Stroke Association.

My silence will be for 24 hours and in that time I will not speak, or communicate via social media.

This is a cause very close to my heart, as my dad had a stroke at the end of November and for the first few days was unable to speak and move.

He’s still bed bound, and does struggle with his speech, and was finally allowed home at the start of February this year.
