On Sunday 18th November I will be taking part (with my husband Ben) in Tough Mudder. A 12 mile run through the Cheshire countryside, through mud & deep water, over high walls, into ice baths & even a little electrocution thrown in. It will push me to my limits.

We are raising money to support Cancer Research UK. Last year our friend Chris lost his wife Myra to cancer. At some point in life 1 in 3 of us will be effected by it. A breakthrough in the treatment of Cancer could save millions of lives.
