Hello Family and Friends,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you will know, my belated Grandpa Robert Cope spent his final days being cared for at St Peter and St James Hospice last February. I witnessed first hand the outstanding care that the hospice provides. He was made to feel comfortable and cared for compassionately and for that myself and my family will be eternally grateful.

For this reason, I will be taking part in the London Triathlon on August 8th and raising money for St Peter & St James Hospice in order to sponsor the room my Grandpa spent his final days.

I've chosen this charity because their mission means a lot to me, and I hope that you'll consider contributing to my online fundraising page.

Every penny raised will help St Peter & St James Hospice continue to provide expert and compassionate hospice care to adults in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Uckfield, Lewes and the surrounding villages as well as helping them to support families through the challenges of illness, bereavement and grief. They rely on the kindness of the local community to raise the £8000 that it costs to provide hospice services each day. Any donation you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
