I met the black dog just over one year ago and about 55 weeks ago was the low point.  Paul Gilbertson was one of the few people I told because he has openly talked about the walks he often took with his black dog and that honesty and openness meant more to me then he would have ever known.  It is with great sadness that I have recently found out that he has died because I never told him.  

Paul was a great guy and we need to talk more about mental health and to judge less.  I would love his Backgammon playing friends to join me in giving a monkey to Mind, the charity he was an avid supporter of in recent years.
