Story
My wife Joanne and I will be taking part in this year's Total Warrior Challenge on June 28th in Leeds.
We are running in memory of our close friend Jill Reed, who sadly passed away from the effects of breast cancer in January this year at the age of 36.
Jill leaves behind a loving husband Mark, daughter Connie and son Luke.
Jill was a very good friend of Joanne's from their time training together at college. During their adult lives they both had children at around the same time and Joanne is godmother to Jill and Mark's son Luke.
Jill was an inspirational character, very bubbly, smiley, outgoing and full of love. Seeing the effects that this horrible disease had on one of life's wonderful women in such a short space of time was and is utterly heartbreaking. This is why we're raising money for this charity.
We would be very grateful if you can contribute to this cause, which is very close to our hearts.
